Mr James was helpful from the very beginning, we were looking for the guy the website told us to find for a test drive but James came up to us and volunteered to take over as soon as we walked in so we d looking for the guy the website told us to find for a test drive but James came up to us and volunteered to take over as soon as we walked in so we didn’t have to bother looking around for where to go. He immediately got to work helping us and telling us everything we needed to know about blunt vehicles we test drove and the pros and cons of both cars. He was nothing short of incredible and understood we were on a tight schedule and had to be gone by a certain time so he worked his butt off to get our stuff filled out and get us our new vehicle as quickly as humanly possible. 5/5 star service and amazing experience here with James and the staff at Hendrick. Will recommend to anyone looking for new car or trade in 10/10. More
Made a 7:30 appointment for service on my vehicle. No one ever called with an update. I called at 12 to check the status; still had not gotten a diagnostic. Sure wish they would of told me they were behind & I would not of made the arrangements to drop my vehicle off. They said it would be 4 days until they were able to get to my vehicle. Highly disappointed!!! More
