Not Thrilled I had an appointment for 10:45. We arrived a little early. I had stated which vehicle I was interested in. I had my financing already set up and th I had an appointment for 10:45. When I arrived, I expected the vehicle I wanted to be cleaned, parked out front, waiting on my arrival. This process took over five hours. I felt like I needed lunch. When I asked for water the sales girl brought me a cup of water, not bottled, and a bottled soda for my husband. The salesman I had been communicating with was tied up with another client so I guess an appointment really was not necessary. This was supposed to be VIP service. I have had VIP service before, this was NOT it. On a positive note, when we were finally ready to sign the paperwork, the finance guy was very informative and explained things to us very well. More
