Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Hoover Service was generally good; however, could be more efficient. Service center is overflowed with cars that need repair and I was suggested to leave my Service was generally good; however, could be more efficient. Service center is overflowed with cars that need repair and I was suggested to leave my Jeep GC for 5 days to wait to be diagnosed. While doing regular maintenance they were out of ink and were not able to print the wheels alignment report (as well as they can't save it to email or print later). I think there is definitely some room for improvements. More

Wow this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! The Hendrick team were all great and very knowledgable. It was a smooth & easy process. James & Charles were a great sales team.
