I visited Hendrick’s with the intention of looking at used Jeep Wranglers, because that was all I thought I could afford. James was able to get me into a BRAND NEW 2020 Wrangler that perfectly fit the b used Jeep Wranglers, because that was all I thought I could afford. Please stay away from this dealership!! The finance department totally screwed me on my deal and did not apply any of the applicable rebates to my contract. I bought a 2019 Dodge Journey in February of department totally screwed me on my deal and did not apply any of the applicable rebates to my contract. I bought a 2019 Dodge Journey in February of 2020, this vehicle had almost $7,000 in rebates. This was the sole reason that I picked this vehicle. While talking with finance, he assured me that he had applied all rebates and that I was not carrying any negative equity over into the Journey. Not until I recently requested a copy of my Bill of Sale that I saw that they did not apply one red cent of the rebate to my car! I have three children to buy cars from one day and I surely will not be shopping at either Hendricks property in Hoover, AL. More

I was not pleased at all with the car service employee handling my car with absolutely no mask before and after serving my vehicle. I found this very disrespectful during this pandemic when I saw signs re handling my car with absolutely no mask before and after serving my vehicle. I found this very disrespectful during this pandemic when I saw signs requiring everyone to wear a mask at all times. I have a serious medical condition and my mother just got out of the hospital due to COVID 19. For the safety of customers including the safety of other employees, all employees should wear PPE during this terrible time. There should be No ifs ands or buts about it. Definitely not a satisfied customer this time. More
