Hendricks was supposed to diagnose what’s causing my 2019 Jeep Wrangler sport for the warbling and shaking and vibration in the car but they did not , they just changed the steering damper which had a recall Jeep Wrangler sport for the warbling and shaking and vibration in the car but they did not , they just changed the steering damper which had a recall . But now after they repaired the car it still is wobbling and shaking and the problem was not fixed . Also they put 6 quarts of engine out in my JL jeep instead of 5 quarts and so they put one quart too much according to the 2019 JL jeep manual . And the advisor Allan Caldwell stopped answering and or returning my voice messages . I am very disappointed with their service because I took the car and it still has the same problem with the warbling ,shaking and vibration and the there is an empty space in the steering wheel . And I am shocked on how they don’t know how much engine oil my JL jeep takes which is 5 quarts and NOT 6 quarts and putting too much oil can ruin the engine and cause very serious problems to my new jeep More
