Took my Jeep in on December 28th by appointment, needing the pinion bearings replaced. I had already got it diagnosed with a true Jeep mechanic but with the warranty I have, I have to use a dealership. Whoe the pinion bearings replaced. I had already got it diagnosed with a true Jeep mechanic but with the warranty I have, I have to use a dealership. Whoever test drove decided it was the transmission instead. They told me they only had 1 transmission mechanic and he was very backed up. It'd be a week or so before he could get to it. I left it there and Alan Caldwell called to let me know he was able to get me in a loaner, which I was greatful for. I called on January 23rd and it still hadn't made it into the shop but was told it would be within the next 2 days. Today, February 5th, they called to say the transmission man had been out for 3 days and now will be out indefinitely. So basically 6 weeks after leaving it, I'm picking it up and it never made it inside the shop. More

Chris managed to literally get me in for service last minute. I had scheduled an appointment but had a personal issue arise and I had to make a quick change.
