We have had never been so disregarded and felt so disrespected in buying a vehicle from any other dealership than Hoover Hendrick CDJR. We communicated mostly by text since we were buying this vehicl disrespected in buying a vehicle from any other dealership than Hoover Hendrick CDJR. We communicated mostly by text since we were buying this vehicle from NC. Various times we were given misinformation, inaccurate information and lack of important information. The only thing that this dealership did right was ship our vehicle very quickly. However, we were missing the floor mats, the car was dirty on the INSIDE (understanding the outside would get dirty in transport) and the gas tank was 2/3 full. The latter two were not a huge deal, although still disappointing, but the point is more that we were told it was filled and detailed. We were told we would get paperwork in 5-7 business days, but after two weeks were told 30-45 days. We have not received a temporary tag, which we were told we would get. We want to transfer our vanity plates and cannot get anyone to give us an answer or resolution on registration. We cannot get anyone to call us back at this point. BUYER BEWARE!! More
