Service department guys are courteous, but I am not impressed with how it is ran/operating. They use some website thing via email to communicate inspection results and have you accept/decline the work impressed with how it is ran/operating. Their estimate software must be configured for Silicon Valley pricing bc my estimate were on average 40-50% higher than other dealers in our area and 50-60% higher than local shops. I was able to make the repair myself after having my car towed back home in under an hour, so not sure why they wanted around $500 in labor? Maybe I should change careers? My other issue, is that I chose to have my car taken there because it had a recall repair outstanding. They told me though that FCA US is restricting their ordering of the replacement part for the recall and I’m 60th in line, but if my car fails (I.e stalls out while driving down the highway) they could repair it then. Go figure. Learned many lessons: don’t buy Mopar, don’t use dealer service centers, and you can get repair manuals from the library. More
