Well, from that inquiry to the time of delivery of that car was less than 1 day. No way! Not once but twice! There it was, make, model, color interior everything I was looking for right there in front of me. I just knew someone had already spoken for it. My heart beat skipped when Lauren Bush told me it would be mine. What happened later on was purely a dream to find an even better version of the same car with a way better package to carry home. Unbelievable, and even to find me a better financing package. Holy cow, this team went to bat for me and knocked it out of the park!. I have to say that from the showroom staff’s professional and courteous help from the very beginning (even entertaining and spending time with my 2 yr. old son) through the signing and tag/title/insurance process with Chandler Miller was not only smooth but …..well, FUN and ENTERTAINING! Seriously! I have already recommended several friends and family to check out the Hendrick Dodge Chrysler Jeep Eagle experience. I am nowhere close to being an expert in this field, but I have spent my share of time and have been trained in the arts of interpersonal communication, management, sales, marketing advertising, partially regarding automotive performance and appearance. That should count for something, right? So, my call on Hendrick Dodge and the entire family? Championship performance! 5 1/2 stars. A+ No real surprise. Totally expected and delivered. They took care of me. Not one complaint. Recommendation: Anyone even thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle, please go to Hendrick first. You should enjoy the people, the selection and the process. I believe at the very least your visit will brighten your day. I had no idea what I was looking for when I showed up at Hendricks and really didnt know that I was for sure going to be driving off in something new. DeAndre asked me a couple questions trying to get an idea of what he was looking for, and basically all I told him was I needed something with a third row of seats and I like dark interior because of my kids. DeAndre showed me a 2017 GMC Acadia, I was super uneasy at first because Ive never even looked at an acadia. Also, I dont know much about cars to know if they’re any good or if they’ve been taken care of so I was even more uneasy about buying a used car. We went for a test drive and Im pretty sure I decided I was in love before we even turned around headed back to the dealership. This car has everything and more, he didnt nail the dark interior but I know this car will be ours for a very very long time! DeAndre showed me everything he had and shared all the information with me to make sure I would stay in love with my new car for years to come. Ive only had my car for 2 weeks and me and my kids have already taken 3 road trips, I love this car but I know I’ll be returning to Hendricks when its time for a new one! More
