I had buyers remorse the day after I bought a Jeep Gladiator. I called to talk to the Sales Manager and he told me I could trade it back in, but he could not recall the loan. I told him that I would come in the next day and we wanted a Tahoe or Silverado from the sister lot connected to them. On my drive in I was told they could not sale me a Chevy even though the lots are connected. Then when I got there they told me I had to go register the vehicle before trading it in. I did some digging and come to find out they can pull the loan back and allow me to buy the Tahoe from the other Hendrix lot, but they would loose that commission. Both lots fall under the Hendrix Auto Mall and even thought they are not legally obligated to help this would have secured a life time of loyalty. I maybe expecting too much from people, but being a retire Marine, Foster Parent and coming back from a three month mission trip I was hoping to see the best in people. More
