This dealer is WAY overpriced and very slow. When I bought my vehicle I prepaid 3 oil changes and they gave me an extra 3 as a bonus. So a total of 6 FREE oil changes. The take about three hours for the oil change and even though I PAID UPFRONT, they still charge fees for labor and shop supplies. Their fuel filters on diesel trucks is $100 more than other dealers as well and bill for 1.5 hours. It takes less than 30 minutes to change them. Plus my truck always smell like diesel fuel on the inside when they are done. I paid $463.00 dollars for a free oil change and two fuel filters. Cullman Ram charges $316.00 for an oil change and filters. Hendrick is ripping people off. More
