Took vehicle my vehicle to Hendrix for the 3rd time to fix the same problem. Engine misfire. Today’s date is 4-27-2022. They’ve had my truck since 4-2-2022. While parked on their lot someone hit my vehic fix the same problem. Engine misfire. Today’s date is 4-27-2022. They’ve had my truck since 4-2-2022. While parked on their lot someone hit my vehicle causing damage to the front bumper and fog light. I was notified that the body damage has been repaired but they still haven’t found the cause of the misfire. I was charged over 1000.00 for the first visit which didn’t fix the problem. More

This dealer is WAY overpriced and very slow. When I bought my vehicle I prepaid 3 oil changes and they gave me an extra 3 as a bonus. So a total of 6 FREE oil changes. The take about three hours for the oil change and even though I PAID UPFRONT, they still charge fees for labor and shop supplies. Their fuel filters on diesel trucks is $100 more than other dealers as well and bill for 1.5 hours. It takes less than 30 minutes to change them. Plus my truck always smell like diesel fuel on the inside when they are done. I paid $463.00 dollars for a free oil change and two fuel filters. Cullman Ram charges $316.00 for an oil change and filters. Hendrick is ripping people off. More
