Good deal and the sales rep Kelsey Layton went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. The sales team are nice, and Kelsey and Corey (financing) are both very professional. However, the detailing team did a half-way job the first time and also forgot to install my new tires as the sale was late in the day and the car had only just been traded in. Kelsey realized what had happened and called me to fix the problem. He drove to my town to pick up the car and gave me a loaner vehicle for my trouble. He took it back to the shop for the tire installation and service. Corey was very helpful in choosing the right warranty protection and he activated my lowjack account for me remotely. Kelsey ensured all of the things that needed doing to make it a great experience were done and then drove the car back to me. Having gotten the car back now I can say that they are enduring some disarray while their dealership is under construction but they work hard to ensure customers are satisfied. The detailing department may need some additional oversight. Overall I had a good experience with positive and professional people, like Kelsey and Corey, and I’ll be enjoying my free oil changes when I come through Birmingham! More
