Purchased a new 2022 Jeep Cherokee in July and was driving it when it began to rain. The windshield wipers started out working fine but shortly thereafter they quit. After waiting out the storm I re driving it when it began to rain. The windshield wipers started out working fine but shortly thereafter they quit. After waiting out the storm I returned home and called Hendrick's service department and explained the problem. Got an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and it was diagnosed that the wiper motor was defective and a new one was ordered. I was received shortly thereafter and installed right away. The service I received was exceptional. Very pleased with the experience. More
