Truly, one of the very best (if not THE best) experiences with a service department that I have ever had. James (my service rep) was terrific from the initial call through the receipt of the vehicle. Too, NO warranty run-around - what a blessing. Basically, James took care of everything including a call after I got home with the vehicle about a concern (something I did not understand about the workings of the alternator on this vehicle).
