Car was totaled day after Thanksgiving, took it in for them to estimate the cost for insurance. They said it would take 2-5 days for them to contact my insurance then another 5-7 for insurance to file it them to estimate the cost for insurance. They said it would take 2-5 days for them to contact my insurance then another 5-7 for insurance to file it. I wait a week and contact my insurance who has not heard anything from them. I call Hendrick and am told I will get a call back from the estimator later because he was busy. Another week goes by and I hear nothing from the estimator. After a week of no calls, I call back to ask for the status of my totaled car and they tell me they can NOW send the estimation to the insurance. So I had to wait an extra 2 weeks to get a single thing back from my insurance. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone who is down a car from a freak accident and has to get from home and work while searching for a distant future car that you will have to wait to get while you bum rides or ride share. My insurance's covered month of a rental went out before anything starting happening on their end. More

The service advisor, James Dyson, was incredible as was the shuttle driver, Mr. Henry. They were caring and thoughtful when I was anxious and under stress.
