I made and honored an appointment for service and repair. The appointment was Friday Jan 27 at 1000. Diagnosis and work was started Wed Feb 1. Why was the van there three business days without being touched? The appointment was Friday Jan 27 at 1000. Diagnosis and work was started Wed Feb 1. Why was the van there three business days without being touched? I was without the van over a weekend needlessly. The repair was replacement of an actuator. That issue was reported on my last visit (transmission replaced). When I picked it up, after a month, I had the same noise caused by the actuator. I would like to think I’ll drive my van for many years, but as a family member said “it’s a nice van, but it has quality issues”. More
