I will never shop at Hendricks again. I had Dodge Durango transferred in from another dealership in North Carolina and sign paperwork stating that the car was new and only had 15 miles on I had Dodge Durango transferred in from another dealership in North Carolina and sign paperwork stating that the car was new and only had 15 miles on it. When I received the vehicle the mileage was at 1425. And the interior was dirty (as if someone had driven it) and there was a dent and paint chip on the passenger door. Dealership offered to clean and fix it but the 1400 miles bothered me. I did some research and come to find out the car was a demo for the other dealership. When I went back to Hendricks the following morning, my wife and I was meet with carelessness towards the situation.. Not once did a Sales Manager come out to fix the problem, the only one man enough to come out was the Finance Manager. There was no accountability, blamed the other Hendricks lot and the only "right" they would offer was to give me my car back and they try to find another one. I was just a number to them and did not feel like my business was wanted. I took my car back and gave them the one they transferred in and went to another dealership.
