The communication rating is based on Kaitlyn communication skills. Even though I requested, several times, to only discuss the issues at hand, she constantly wanted to discuss non-critical issues. She was relentless. It became extremely frustrating. Her actions definitely push us away. (Jack was clear and concise. I appreciated his direct approach. However, when I began to request to only talk to him, he was not available). Therefore, Kaitlyn was the POC again. The frustration continued. Even, after paying for the service a day prior, she communicated to AAA that there was a bill that had not been paid. Therefore, they could not release my vehicle. I was forced to call several times to speak to someone to handle this situation immediately. It was an awful experience.
