Sales experience is excellent, but the service department is horrible. I was charged for a service not performed and did not realize it until I left the dealership. The service supervisor advised me he would notate the system and we could take care of that the next time I brought the car in. I recently wanted to bring the car in to take care of the issue, and I was told no. Lesson learned: get it in writing, and do not trust their word. trying to speak to a manager to get you disconnected and when you call back, they transfer you directly to his voicemail. I wanted to trade my charger in for a ram, but I will not now. I have used this service department ever since I bought my brand new vehicle in 2020. I have learned it takes 3 to 4 hours for an oil change and the service department does not care about you once they have sold you a vehicle. They let business walk out the door. More
