The buying experience with Noel was great and I love my Jeep. However, Dakota submitted my deal with a downpayment after I instructed him I wanted 0. While signing I even asked him to confirm it was 0 an Jeep. However, Dakota submitted my deal with a downpayment after I instructed him I wanted 0. While signing I even asked him to confirm it was 0 and he did. I had a couple of calls from Noel and Matt that I needed to pay a down payment. I thought that was weird. I then got a call from Ken that they needed to rework the deal to correct THEIR mistake. I gladly went back to sign papers again and it was done very quickly. A couple of months later I noticed I hadn't received a payment coupon. I left voice messages and text with Matt to see who the lender was (my thumb drive was blank) with NO response. I followed up again by text and he said he sent my request to Dakota. Nothing from Dakota. I left a VM with Ken and no response. All I wanted to know is what lender sent the proceeds to Hendrick so I could track down he lender. NOTHING. I had to run my own credit report to see who the account was with and call them to fix the issue that Hendrick Finance department gave the lender the wrong mailing address. I will be going to another Jeep dealer in Shalotte NC to get my service done.and never buy from Hendrick again. More
