I have been with this dealership since buying my 2007 Town and Country. I had a different service representative, a female, who was not helpful. I walked into the dealership with a noise problem in my Town and Country. I had a different service representative, a female, who was not helpful. I walked into the dealership with a noise problem in my car and met Aaron Marchese I told him what my problem was and he climbed into the back of my car. A loud rattling noise which had been the problem was heard by Aaron and he found the source, a loose spare tire. He had helped me a couple more times as I learned how to use my Pacifica, which I love. I asked him if I could change to him as my advisor and he said I could. I am very pleased with Aaron. He always remembers me and my car history. He makes me feel like he cares that my car works well. He is friendly and professional.
