Excellent Service! I purchased an Oil Change contract in May 2019. I had an issue with it to which I could not use it due to the incorrect mileage being entered on the I purchased an Oil Change contract in May 2019. I had an issue with it to which I could not use it due to the incorrect mileage being entered on the contract. I had to pay out of pocket for two oil changes due to this issue. I was attempting to get it resolved without any justice. Until, I met Daniel Owns. I mentioned this to Daniel while I had service performed on another vehicle. I told him about the experience I had. Daniel immediately took the lead. This was on a Friday. Daniel advised he would contact me the following Monday morning (Mar 2020) and have it resolved. Guess what! Daniel was able to get the issue resolved AND contacted me on Monday morning as promised. Daniel is an example of Dedication and Professionalism. Ask for Daniel if you have any issues!!! The staff there was not really friendly when we made our purchase. if it wasn’t for Miguel & Francisca we would have probably walked right on out.
