I have to say I was originally put off by the first salesman we encountered. He wanted to play the usual dealer game of keeping you in the dealership and wearing you down. I repeatedly told him my son salesman we encountered. He wanted to play the usual dealer game of keeping you in the dealership and wearing you down. I repeatedly told him my son, who has a disability, would not be able to tolerate being there for too long. We finally left and he called to offer us what we initially wanted... as we were half way down the street... we did not turn around and go back. No one has time for someone else to waste their time! I wrote an email to the manager about our experience and was asked to come back in. I did go back a few weeks later and ended up with a great salesman, Paul Boyd... and I took home a great Jeep Sahara Unlimited! I did have an issue with water not draining out of the frame around the roof, but the service person I had, David Pierce, was just outstanding! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him! He was accommodating and stayed in constant contact with me about the vehicle. David more than made up for the inconvenience of not having my Jeep for awhile. So, all of the good experiences I received later certainly ended up outweighing my initial experience! And I love my Jeep!! More

Ordered new 2021 Jeep gladiator first it was out of alignment really badly and the Mopar cover that was installed at factory leaked we were told was defective and dealership ordered a new one they did alignment really badly and the Mopar cover that was installed at factory leaked we were told was defective and dealership ordered a new one they did fix alignment after waiting several weeks I called and cover was in and I went and had reinstalled before I left dealership I told them right side seemed to be sitting up higher than left I was dismissed and told they did not think so and that the problem had been fixed I ask if they had water tested the cover and they said yes it leaked again we took to another dealership and Rubitrux in Boone and were told installed wrong Again took back to Hendrick Concord talked to service advisor and manager who supposedly brought in engineer who said Yep installed wrong they reinstalled and I asked again did you water test was told yes but this time I had put paper towels under edge and knew they had not water tested it still leaks and not just dips water it pours in They told us sorry they all leak and nothing we can do so we had them remove it and they gave us exactly what we paid for cover as return as a good faith gesture offered to fill up my tank and run it through car wash After spending 4 days and being told countless conflicting stories and untruths I told them to keep the gas and car wash this was not about money but about integrity and customer service I have purchased from Hendrick for over 20 years and have never been treated so rudely and unethically please do not purchase or use this service department More
