I was sold a used vehicle with an oil leak. Had to return the vehicle the next day and was told it was a “technician,” error and overfill. 2 weeks later leaking again, this time I was told it i Had to return the vehicle the next day and was told it was a “technician,” error and overfill. 2 weeks later leaking again, this time I was told it is the timing cover. My truck has been in the shop for 1 month and counting, as I am now being told that it needs new fuel injectors. I have put approximately 175 miles on it since purchase and had it in my possession for only a week and a half. In this time, that my truck has been at Hendrick, the Service Manager Richmond T. HAS NOT reached out since I returned the vehicle a second time although I requested that he call me through my service advisor Kyle. They offered to buy back but at a negative loss for me (would lose some of my deposit) and higher payment too for one of their new vehicles. The worst mistake of my life was purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. More
