I wanted to add an option to my order, and stopped by on a day when Jeff was off. Even though my order had already received a VIN, Paul and Kristin worked hard to get option added to my build. Another shout out to Eric Duncan, Business manager, there was no pressure to buy the dealer packages at all. And we enjoyed talking with him. I did buy the oil change package. 500 bucks for 10 oil changes with no time limit was a no brainer. I want to thank all that we worked with at Hendrick. We will certainly enjoy our new Ram. More
