My babe and I went in to inquire about a vehicle for business and we were definitely discriminated against. Although we had to go inside to get help as we were looking outside no one came to help us. We had our mind made up prior to going in that we would be financing through our credit union but the manager refused to give us a bill of sale and said that we would have to come back so that we can go through the dealership after we kindly declined. The sales associate was very sympathetic and stated he apologized. We didn’t have a lot of time to wait so essentially he wasted 30 mins of our time and we will not be returning to this dealership due to the unprofessionalism and discrimination we experienced. More

I don’t know where to start, the car salesman (Darrin) repeatedly lied to me. I requested for my credit not be ran several times and he consistently told me it was not, when it was multiple times. Did not fully communicate and blatantly lied about the features on the vehicle I purchased. I kind of felt held hostage once he got my keys it was like pulling teeth just to get my keys back. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. The fact that I almost had to come out of character just to purchase a vehicle was uncalled for, very unprofessional. There is a difference between negotiating and pressuring! I’m not even gonna mention the low ball offer on my trade. More
