Absolutely amazing start to finish. I buy all my vehicles from the Hendrick organization but this was my first experience with the Jeep dealership. Not the place to go if you aren't 100% knowledgeable about what you want and need. They will not assist you acquiring it and will take all they can. I tried to work with them, and they just kept trying about what you want and need. They will not assist you acquiring it and will take all they can. I tried to work with them, and they just kept trying to bury me further and further and take as much as they could. Ended up getting rid of the RAM (mile 1133) at another dealership and got what I needed. Sales team not very knowledgeable about features of trucks and will just lie if asked. do your own research first ,the max towing capacity of the 1500 requires a specific set up and not just the Hemi as the web site and sales team suggests. More
