The absolute worst place to go if you have insurance claim to deal with came in on 10/31 for an insurance claim . They didn’t release vehicle back to me with out making me pay $169 diagnostic fee which claim to deal with came in on 10/31 for an insurance claim . They didn’t release vehicle back to me with out making me pay $169 diagnostic fee which wasn’t supposed to be charge to the customer initially. So from that point it was down hill they didn’t have a clue about who or what was suppose to charge stated to them numerous times this was an insurance claim . I paid the fee and then received my vehicle then after I had to come back AGAIN because they didn’t til diagnose all of the issues as stated previously came back again and they stated I’d have to send car in again for evaluation . Which I am currently here now 2 hours later awaiting a rental because I told them I would not be taking the vehicle back until they fixed the problems. . Customer service is poor communication between departments are poor overall the service is poor . Even asked for corporate number and they didn’t give me the information to contact . More
