Update: Important functions, that were discussed in the sales cycle, such as remote access as well as driver customization is dependent upon either having a key fob per driver or via online account in the Jeep app. After the purchase, I'm told that the car comes with only a single key fob. As for online account linked to this vehicle, I find the vehicle is still attached to it previous owner in the Jeep app. I must jump through hoops to get it attached to my Jeep app account. After telling me about the capabilities, I'm blocked from using them until I cough up more money for a 2nd key fob and jump through the documentation hoops to prepare this vehicle for use by its new owner, me. For now, let's just say that I'm less than happy with the preparation of this vehicle with regard to the topics I've mentioned. In the future, I'll plan to be more informed going into this dealership and will be far less trusting of info provided to me. For other potential pre-owned Jeep buyers, be sure to ask if the dealership has both key fobs from the previous owner and ask if the vehicle has been disconnected from the previous owner's online account in the Jeep app.
