first off bought my jeep from them was an okay process (besides the “finance guy” named Austin, saying my number out the door wasn’t realistic, BUT then the general manager approved my “unrealistic number (besides the “finance guy” named Austin, saying my number out the door wasn’t realistic, BUT then the general manager approved my “unrealistic number”. Then I also was inquiring about light quotes but for some reason they have quoted me several different numbers. THEN some guy calls and says “oh yeah we don’t know which part would be best for your vehicle, you’d have to bring it in” ….. when they know exactly what vehicle I bought from them, less than a month ago. Just don’t waste your time here :) period, unless you can also get an unrealistic number approved by the general manager. Go to any Hendrick dealership BUT them. Lastly, every time I call they either hang up or transfer me because no one knows the answers. More
