not satisfied! Went to the Cary dealership for a vibration in the steering wheel and seat. After having 2 other dealerships balance the tires of my CTS, Hendrix ser Went to the Cary dealership for a vibration in the steering wheel and seat. After having 2 other dealerships balance the tires of my CTS, Hendrix service stated it needed a road force balance and 4 wheel aligment.for $265. Work was done and they said it was fixed. I paid and drove away. Got on US 1 only to find the problem still existed. Got no joy from the service dept. Totally feel like I got ripped off. Tried to contact service manager with no response. Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More

Friendly and knowledgeable staff My husband and I recently visited Hendrick Buick GMC Cadillac to test drive a vehicle, and we had the pleasure of working with Thomas Crenshaw and Jay My husband and I recently visited Hendrick Buick GMC Cadillac to test drive a vehicle, and we had the pleasure of working with Thomas Crenshaw and Jay Wheeless during our visit. We were very impressed with both Tom's and Jay's friendliness, approachability, and knowledge. We also very much appreciated their willingness to let us test drive a vehicle shortly after arriving at the dealership. They respected our time and thus did not put us through a lot of loopholes or drill us with a lot of questions first; instead, they listened to our reasoning for being there and recognized very quickly where we were in the car buying process. Both Tom and Jay created a comfortable, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere during which we test drove a vehicle and were able to ask them questions. They did not try to shove information down our throats or push a sale; instead, they took the time to get to know us and gathered what our needs and interests were, and then pointed out features of the vehicle that might be particularly appealing to us. We also very much appreciated their understanding of our intent not to purchase a vehicle that evening. Sometimes when visiting car dealerships, we've had the experience of making it very clear to salesmen that we were not at a point of readiness to buy, but the salesmen nevertheless push hard and even put pressure on us to make a sale. This was not the case with Tom and Jay. They very much understood and respected exactly where we were in the car buying process. Even though in the end my husband and I purchased another make of vehicle, we nevertheless would recommend both Tom and Jay for future sales. Both of them could not have been more understanding of us when we notified them of our purchase elsewhere, and Tom especially showed such grace and class in following up with us and expressing his excitement for us. It made us feel like we were truly a valued customer to him and not just a lost opportunity. More
No after-sales support Bought a used 04 accord here in September of 2015. Car was in great shape and passed their inspection. After two weeks of ownership, the check engine and airbag lights were on, cruise control buttons stopped working intermittently, passenger window stopped working, and the windshield wiper switch was broken. Came back and explained the issues to my salesman. Was told that they'd check it out. Two days later they replaced an O2 sensor and told me the rest was my problem because the car was sold as-is. Neither the 2 month warranty that came with the car nor the $900 extended warranty I bought separately covered any of it. Total cost of all the parts to fix everything wrong was less than $100 dollars online, but they'd rather send me packing. Would never recommend this dealer to anybody. More

We usually do a lease but from time to time we have also purchased. Each time, we have been very pleased with the sales and subsequent service. The sales team is ALWAYS glad to hear from us whether we are just asking a question, wanting to turn in a lease or ready to purchase. They have a good idea of what we are looking for and they strive to please. They have never wasted our time trying to get us to look at something that did not meet our needs. They call back when they say they will, they are there waiting when they say they will and the buying experience is always a pleasure. This past weekend, we turned in another lease and leased a new CTS. My salesman (Charles) was awesome, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kevin, the "New Car" Sales Manager, welcomed us back and reminded us that they value us as loyal customers. The paperwork with April (Finance Manager) was quick and efficient. Bottom Line: Cadillac is a fine, safe, beautiful car and this is the dealership to buy a Cadillac. More
RUN!!!!! I purchased my first car from here in June and I have never been so unsatisfied. I noticed scratches on my car a weeks after I purchased the car and I called several times and was hung up on and had to leave numerous voicemail and NONE of my calls were returned. I had to contact HR to get a response. When I went to the dealership because no one answered my calls, no one spoke (including my salesman)! RUN!!! They only care about the customer until you purchase the car and after that you on your own!!! More

He reassured me I was okay with being a little late as he was working with another customer. When I arrived he had the vehicle key in his hand and told me he was going to bring it around for a test drive. We waited...and waited and waited until he said the vehicle couldn't be located and he thought it may have been sold earlier...if the vehicle was sold why did he still have one of the keys to the vehicle? He apologized, but he had me to waste my time, gas, and energy on a vehicle he couldn't locate. Why didn't he tell me that instead of having me to drive all the way there only to tell me then the vehicle couldn't be located. I had canceled going to another showroom to look at another vehicle because I put my faith and trust in Stefan and he let me down--for the second time. What is the saying "fool me once--shame on me, fool me twice spend my money and my time at another showroom to look for a car--obviously Stefan didn't need the commission and this dealership didn't want my money. More
