False advertising to attract customer I went to the dealership to lease a new GMC Terrain Denali Trim and with the price advertised on their website. I"m qualified for all incentive was part of the deal and after spending one and half hour sales manager comes to me saying pricing was for SLE model only. Well, the advertisement was specific to a VIN and stock number and shows 90+ picture of the vehicle. I went through every single detail on the add and did not find anywhere where it says this pricing was for SLE model only. Why do you even advertise if you cannot honor a price and waste people valuable time? Very disappointing experience from a well-known dealer like this one. More

Now out here for the 3rd time and they haven’t held the loaner vehicle for me the promise. They ruined 4 wheels on a car I had just bought and ignored my calls for 3 months. They told me the SRX I was buying had no damage and car fax showed severe front end damage after 4 hours of going through the process to buy it. Sold me an Escalade with no spare wheel accessories, damaged window motor and blown speakers as “certified” and I purchased the warranty. Now we’re at 3 weeks of trying to get serviced with no vehicle and service has the attitude of “sucks for you, what do you want to do”. Absolutely pathetic. 2016 Ford Explorer rims were ruined with acid based wash and they told me they’d replace them, 3 months of calling 4-7 times a day with no returned calls. Eventually made them buy it back bc they sold it to me saying it was twin turbo v6 but was non turbo 2013 platinum Escalade (current) More

Jst say No I purchased a Certified Pre-owned Nissan from Hendrick. The sale was fine. Two of my friends have since purchased their Cadillac from Hendrick. But when you need service no one wants to talk to you. I scheduled an appointment and took my Nissan to the service department (which I still had a warranty) the brake light and traction control light was on then was turned away. They told me that they do not have the tools to work on my vehicle and stood and scratched their head, They said take it to Leith Nissan down the street which is not affiliated with Hendrick. I guess when you purchase a USED car other than a Cadillac you cannot take it back for service. More
