Disappointing What an experience! I took my 2011 Buick LaCrosse for routine prepaid oil change/maintenance. I was informed 60,000 required additional services whi What an experience! I took my 2011 Buick LaCrosse for routine prepaid oil change/maintenance. I was informed 60,000 required additional services which totaled $508! On the very first day driving the car following service, the engine completely shut down. I contacted a mechanic ... problem corroded battery cables which were NEVER checked. Also, I was advised I needed repairs due to leaks totaling almost $2,700; i.e., oil "dripping" but NO evidence of leaks since my car is always kept in garage. After checking with a reputable mechanic, I was advised repairs will be approximately one-third of price quoted IF repairs are needed. Initial check does not confirm a need for repair. My car will be rechecked in two weeks to ascertain if leaks actually exist. After purchasing four new Buicks, I am done! Never, ever take your car to dealer for maintenance following expiration of warranty. Incidentally, I had paid for a warranty extension to 75,000 miles. SURPRISE! I was informed warranty expired at five years...news to me! Note: Service rep did contact me. Supposedly they reached out to GM who agreed to cut repair cost by approximately $900. Reputable mechanic still hundreds of dollars cheaper IF repair even needed. At this point, I question everything connected with this service. More

About 75 minutes before I arrived I emailed back to set a specific time. My wife dropped me off 10 minutes early. For 35 minutes I couldn’t get anyone to help me. I guess good for them that they’re so busy they don’t have to worry about me. But it was frustrating. Finally I call my wife and ask her to pick me back up. While waiting for my wife, on the curb, someone finally approaches me. Asks if I’ve been helped. I say no, and explain the situation. They then say “well sorry” and walk away. Ugh. Waste of time traveling here to get treated like crap. Maybe I should thank them? They just saved me a lot of money. My wife finally pulls up. As I’m walking towards the car an employee approaches me and wants to know why I’m leaving. I explained. They then proceed to argue with me. Ugh, salt in the wound. More
they put miles on my lease return after I traded it in I have bought numerous cars over the years and it is sad to say this was by far the worst experience. I turned in a GMC Acadia at the end of the lease ( leased through GM Financial) for a new 18 Buick Enclave ( also leased through GM ). After a horrible purchase experience where they tried to change to down payment amount on me at the dealership, they did not complete the odometer statement paperwork on my trade when they took it in and they racked up over 1000 miles on my car ( which I was subsequently charged for by GM). I have the On Star emails showing how the mileage accrued by month after they had they vehicle in their possession. I made numerous calls to the dealership and no one ever responded to any of them. I will never ever buy another vehicle from any Hendrick dealership. Stay away! More
