I bought a car from this dealership a year ago and had a really good experience. Especially after dealing with a terrible dealership here in S.C. (Hancock BMW), I called and spoke to Lenny Shealor on the phone and made the drive up to Charlotte. I'd always considered trading cars to be a hassle and dreaded the thought of haggling. However, I left there being able to enjoy the new purchase without feeling like I had been through xxxx! Lenny and the rest of the staff were extremely accommodating and were genuinely nice guys. There was no haggling and no pressure tricks by the Finance department to buy the unneccessary extras. Just as it should be, they were presented as options, but no pressure to buy them. I will be going back for my first service this week and will follow up with an update on my service experience a year after the purchase.... More
