We waited almost two hours just to be seen by the finance person Kim. Then did not get close to the rate we were told earlier in the day. I was very happy until financing time. I think people who are buying a car should not have to sit around for an hour and a half waiting for financing. More
Check engine light on my way back home! I was on my way back home, driving from Florida to Canada, when the check engine light lighted on!!! Mini directed me to Charlotte's Mini dealer. I called them to make sure that they would take care of my car right away, and so they did! The people there were very freindly and, finaly, when I heard that there were no problem for me to drive back home, I jumped in my car to beat the winter strom that was coming on my way, 18 hours later, home sweet home!!! And 10 inches of snow in my doorway, the next morning! More

He is easy to access when needed and even plugs his own cell phone # into the car for easy access with questions or concerns. This young man has a bright future ahead of him and will no doubt be in management at a young age due to his drive to succeed and ambition. The manager Jim was also very easy to work with and made the experience of purchasing a car painless and smooth. More
A simple oil change ended up taking two days about communica Had my car in for basic service. Brought in first thing in the morning supposed to be ready by afternoon. No calls from dealership unable to communicate with my service writer. Left several messages never received a call back. Had to call dealership and ask for different Personnel to find out status of my car. Car not ready until next day very inconvenient live an hour away from. Had to change my work schedule to next morning to pick up my car in Charlotte saw my service writer and he had no apologies or nothing to say it to me personally and completely ignored me. Not looking for such do they service in dealership... no plans to return More

They would even suggest not to do some repairs due to negative consequences (I wanted a transmission software update for $250,- but the advise was not to do it as it can lead to a module break worth ca.$1000,-). The shop is as clean as you can imagine! Great service, high expertise and the shop reflects how they work - that is what i want when bringing my vehicle for service. More

From remembering my name every time I walked in, to having my car cranked for me so it would not be hot when I got in. They went above and beyond to diagnose my car and treated me as if I was spending a ton of money for repairs even though my car was under warranty. I will never buy from another dealership again. They have my business for life. highly recommend!! More
