Tire issue Yesterday I managed to hit a pothole on Providence Rd in Charlotte, NC which flattened my run-flat tire. I was able to limp to Hendrick BMW and they t Yesterday I managed to hit a pothole on Providence Rd in Charlotte, NC which flattened my run-flat tire. I was able to limp to Hendrick BMW and they took care of the problem in short order. Some service, such as an oil-change, was also done. Our usual service advisor, Jesse Walsh, made sure our needs were seen to. While we were there, my wife and I decided to look into a new BMW since our lease is up in October. Our client advisor, Michael Dugan, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us a new BMW X3, which is the vehicle we were interested in to replace our present X1. It's a little early yet but we'll definitely look forward to working with Michael when the time comes. More
