Complete incompetence I bought a used X5 (CPO certified) less than a year ago. The AC cannot cool the vehicle. Took it in and they said the freon was low but no leak. Ch I bought a used X5 (CPO certified) less than a year ago. The AC cannot cool the vehicle. Took it in and they said the freon was low but no leak. Charged me $250 to fill it. Was told that is not under warranty, yet if there is no leak, it was low when they sold it to me as certified... Drove it for a week, still not cooling vehicle. Took it back. They said freon is ok and it's blowing 41 degrees, which is within spec. I told them the air volume is low compared to every other BMW I've had which also includes the loaner they gave me. They say no, it's fine. Picked it up, drove it home (30 minutes) with AC on MAX. Vehicle still not cool. Got out my instant read thermometer, air out front vents is 58, 50, 49, 58 left to right. Where do they get 41? The service rep, Luca, is very argumentative and doesn't listen. They seem to have gone with a lot of young service reps now and the quality of the visit is definitely suffering, miss the days when David Owen was there. More

A+ person, highly recommend Abarh. Dayne, the finance guy, took great care of me too. I was pleased to see the old fashioned 700 page finance paperwork was now mostly electronic...very easy to move though to the important aspects and focus on the items needing attention. The up-sell options were clearly displayed and explained but not in a pushy manner at all. Top notch experience. The sales Manager Jim also greeted me several times throughout the process and asked genuinely how everything was proceeding. Out the door very quickly and on to the BMW Genius...what a great idea. Melissa was also crazy knowledgeable. She was able to get my BMW's tech gadgets all set up to my liking and taught me how to customize the points I was keen on learning. Further, she offered to do it all again once i have settled into the car. I will take them up on this! I dread buying cars. Now I know the experience does not have to be horrible.
