I called on a short notice and quick hour later I was out! I was very pleased with the way I was treated for the service appointment of my car. But, another service member quickly greeted me and in one quick hour, my car was serviced and washed and I was out the door. Very gracious and kind staff! More

Fast service to change oil and check major systems took 1 hour and 49 minutes - unacceptable waist of my time and inefficiency of dealership, unless somebody complete service and forget about my car 2. Even worse - driving after the service, noticed that air pressure alert is coming on and off. Checked the pressure at Firestone - 31 front left and 33 front right, 33 rear left and 34 rear right. Expected that BMW technicians are competent enough to set up air pressure right and not to waist my time again More
