The level of professionalism we experienced while working with Joe Pirolo was outstanding. Disappointed I have returned to this dealership no less than 2 times for any repair they have completed. I recently brought in my vehicle for the third time to hav I have returned to this dealership no less than 2 times for any repair they have completed. I recently brought in my vehicle for the third time to have the seat repaired, the leather was not correctly fastened to the seat. While this is a minor inconvenience, I did not expect 3 visits to hopefully address. While the vehicle was in this last time I asked them to repair a sun visor which also broke (2019 vehicle), when I tried to use the visor for the first time after the repair it pulled right out of the roof. This means I will have to return yet again to have something repaired again. I am truly disappointed in the level of service I have received. I am not sure if its due to rushing through the job or just not caring about the quality of work, either way its unacceptable. More
