Covid 19 customer experience When i first met Justin who has been my advisor for 2 years he was not wearing a facemask as i was. i asked him why he wasn't and he replied that each When i first met Justin who has been my advisor for 2 years he was not wearing a facemask as i was. i asked him why he wasn't and he replied that each employee was provided one and there was 2 schools of thought on wearing and he wasn't. i replied that everybody in a customer service job interacting with customers in grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores and the like were wearing facemasks as it stopped spread to customers. while i still don't understand the dealership having a hard and fast policy and was disappointed it doesn't, i have to commend Justin because the remaining 3 times we discussed my service and finished up with payment he was wearing his mask meaning he heard me and adjusted accordingly. That was very good to experience while the policy wasn't. More
