I own 2018 X3. And a 2019X5This service was on the x3. I I own 2018 X3. And a 2019X5 This service was on the x3. I waited 7 weeks for parts for a warranty repair, and I had to follow up my self . I was told I own 2018 X3. And a 2019X5 This service was on the x3. I waited 7 weeks for parts for a warranty repair, and I had to follow up my self . I was told it would take 1-2 hours and it took 4 hours. My time is valuable to me and should be respected, I understand that service takes time so just say so don’t tell Me wrong and then just act like it doesn’t matter- it matters to me Each service experience that I have had at Hendricks BMW has been the same on both SUV’s. Called North Lake BMW for a quote first thing they say we need to see the rotors if they can be resurfaced only if they cannot be resurfaced will they be replaced with new rotors. North lake has the right approach independence did not. More
