Hendrick BMW

While visiting Charlotte, my 2020 X2 Xdrive 28i run flat was experiencing pressure lost every two to three days. I contacted BMW of Hendrick and they gave me an appointment the next day. My intention was to contact the Northlake dealership that was closer, but I found a number and contacted this dealership instead. And that was a blessing in disguise. My sevice advisor was Jesse Walsh and he took care of my needs immediately. Not having serviced my vehicle there before, I was unaware of the process but truly pleased with the results and quality of service and care. Jesse kept me updated via Text, the technician sent me a short video of the checks and work performed (never seen that before at a BMW dealership!!) and since I had insurance on the wheels and tires, there was no out of pocket cost! The process of getting an appoint,service and quality and care provided was outstanding. I would highly reccomend this location to all other BMW owners in the Charlotte area. My utmost thanks to Jesse and all the other staff for taking care of me so I could return home safely to Virginia. More
