Andrew Johnson has been our service advisor for our BMWs at Northlake. He has been wonderful to work with and truly wants to help the customer get their car serviced properly. We have been to a number of BMW dealerships and this is how they should be setup and run. That being said BMW Northlake has too few loaner cars in their fleet which means you will need to book service appointments that require a loaner 3+ weeks in advance, plan accordingly. More
