Wife popped a tire. They coordinated an appointment and tow to the dealership because we had no spare and replaced the tire no charge with the hazard plan I had. Epic failure. Brought my 750LI for diagnostic on a timing chain code and the car going into limp mode. On the first visit I was told that the turbo coolant pump ha Brought my 750LI for diagnostic on a timing chain code and the car going into limp mode. On the first visit I was told that the turbo coolant pump had failed even though I replaced it myself a few months prior, When I picked up the seconded, I got a message that my engine temp was high and that was before the car even started. To it back to service and of course left it there again for them to repair. I was told the turbo intercooler pump was bad this time. I told them to get in touch with my extended warranty company. I was told my car was ready to be picked up again. When I picked it up the third time the same message was the about the engine temp being high before I even started the car. Now I am told that the coolant leaked into the engine harness and shorted my DME and they first told me the it would be over 4K to replace and program, So after a few choice words I told them to get my car ready to be picked up and I will go down different avenues to get my car repaired the first time. I am a 40-year tech, over 20 ASE master certified and also carry my L1 for advance engine performance. I was lied to multiple times about my car, and I want it fixed no matter what Hendrick BMW has to do. I was never showed the parts that got replaced and I was never offered the parts to be returned to me.... Oh, and before I forget to mention, I also a auto and truck repair facility in Mooresville. More
