Snake oil salesman/service dept. Instead of believing them on the third attempt to fix the same problem, I called BMW on South Blvd and they offered to do the exact same job for $200 Instead of believing them on the third attempt to fix the same problem, I called BMW on South Blvd and they offered to do the exact same job for $2000 less. I called a BMW Specialist shop and they were $2500 cheaper than Hendrick. There’s even more I could say but all I will say is….just make one extra call after they say what you need to get fixed. More
