I had my new M4 Comp X drive in for what i considered a warranty windshield issue , and worked with Service Advisor Ty Cowan and Shop Forman Justin Massey . Both were Fantastic and treated me with some warranty windshield issue , and worked with Service Advisor Ty Cowan and Shop Forman Justin Massey . Both were Fantastic and treated me with some of the best Service I have ever received from other dealerships of BMW and or other brands . in my opinion they went above and beyond , was also given a new $89k loaner for 2 days , so nice that i was afraid to get it dinged in some parking lot somewhere so i just parked it in my garage and closed the door , did not bring it out again until the return date . in the future if i need a loaner i am ok with anything that rolls , even a Junker . But that M5 Touring station wagon would be acceptable (Hint -hint ) , Would not mind trying out that Ride .. anyways the issue was treated as Warranty with No charge $$ to myself . I will be staying with Northlake BMW for all my future service needs and maybe a new vehicle someday ,, hats off and thumbs up to Both--Ty Cowan and Justin Massey ...
