Service was outstanding. I dropped into the dealership w/o an appointment. I had a flashing light "service engine" on so I wanted it checked out. Mark said they could look at it then. I said I only hav w/o an appointment. I had a flashing light "service engine" on so I wanted it checked out. Mark said they could look at it then. I said I only have 30 mins. Mark said OK! He got back to me in 30 mins with the report of a bad seatbelt hook on the passenger side. Ordered the part and John met me the next morning had it installed within the hour they quoted-plus had a nice car wash. Always great service when I go there! More

I recently bought a new Acura TL from Performance Acura and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had! Phil, my salesperson, was great! He wasn't pushy and knew his product. When I came to pick up my new car I was met by the sales manager Kiley since it was Phil's day off. He was amazing! Kiley spent well over an hour with me showing me how to use my new car. He set up my bluetooth cell phone and showed me everything my new car had to offer... amazing. I called Scott Trombley, the General Manager, to tell him how wonderful it was to work with Phil and Kiley and he ended up thanking me and giving me a gift certificate to buy a turkey for my family for Thanksgiving! Well done Performance Acura. I will be back! More
