I was paired with Bill Crosier in Sales - and I am happy to say my experience didn't suck. Bill knew all the particulars of the RDX - and he was really easy to work with. Amazing Car Buying Experience My Wife and I were interested in a new Acura MDX so we decided to check out Performance Acura in Chapel Hill. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Bill My Wife and I were interested in a new Acura MDX so we decided to check out Performance Acura in Chapel Hill. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Bill Crozier. Bill gave us the rundown on what was available in the color and package we wanted and took us for a test drive. After the test drive we decided to proceed with the vehicle purchase. Bill, Adham (finance manager), and Kiley (General Manager) worked tirelessly in order to meet our needs with this new purchase. My wife and I were very pleased with how everything worked out and couldn’t be happier with our new MDX. This was a very quick, honest, and hassle free car buying experience. Best service department! Took my RDX in for routine service and to examine a rattle coming from the back passenger door. Technician rode with me down the road, diagnosed the problem, confirmed the problem with another technician and the rattle was gone within an hour. Always excellent customer service here and honestly why I have purchased the last 3 cars from this dealership. It is nice (and rare) to see the same folks in the service department each time I visit!
