As a recently retired owner of a Volvo independent repair shop (25 years) and in the auto industry since 1977, I am not your average take it to the dealership person. As for Hemet CDJR, my take on this dealer as a whole is fair and honest. As per the service writer, Leo was ok and would ask for again. Then there is Joshua Perez in the Parts Dept, still young,, super friendly and wants to help in any way he can, good for him and a keeper. Then there is Alison (name spelled correctly I hope)in the Service Dept who's desk is located to the far right of where the service writers are, to me she appears to be a huge benefit to all who are working in the Service area and most importantly, customers. As service went on my honeys 2018 Ram dually, I had a ? about a LOF (lube,oil,filter) and after speaking with Alison, she was able to clear up what could have lead to a bad experience. This young lady is worth keeping around in my opinion. And as for rating with stars, sorry just not my thing. More
